Ever since the release of first generation iPhone at June last year, I am very excited to get my hands on it. It's just my dream gadget. I still remember that I watched from Internet that people in US, especially those Apple fanboys, rushing and sleeping at Apple Stores to get the new iPhone.
How sad I am.
With the new release of iPhone 3G, and with lower price tag (only US$199!), how I wish I can get one really soon.
It's not only a phone. It's a damn smart phone and iPod. Beautiful, sexy, eye-appealing.
I just cannot understand why Malaysia is not one of the official iPod selling countries. Even our neighbours, Singapore and Thailand can sell iPhone officially. How sad. :(
Never mind, I think it's my material desire that's crushing me now. LOL
God bless you all!

WiMAX to go!
Maybe we have heard about WiFi, which means wireless internet. Maybe we also heard mobile broadband. But what about WiMAX?
I bet not really many know this. Even if you do, you could just be scratching on your heads, like me. =P
WiMAX stands for Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access, which is a technology that enables wireless transmission of data, namely, the Internet.
So, from above, what does it differ from WiFi, since it's also means wireless internet??
I let you see this image, courtesy of The Star online.
Can you see the difference in bandwidth (meaning, how big and how fast can data pass through it) between 3G, WiFi, and WiMAX? Really big isn't it?
And what's more, with WiMAX, you can surf wirelessly from ANYWHERE. Seems cool, huh?
Just give you an overview of WiMAX, which me myself also not so understand all the technicalities involved. I recommend this website if you wanna know more.
P1 - The only provider that has rolled out its WiMAX services in Malaysia.
